Return Policy

We do not accept returns on the following merchandise:

  • Any CBD products;
  • Non-CBD food products;
  • Sale Items
For non-CBD products (excluding food products):
  • Return of your product must be within 14 days from the day of purchase;
  • Receipt and Tags must be present;
  • Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will then be processed. As soon as possible, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@coastalhempcompany.org

Loyalty Card (if applicable)

Loyalty Card Points can regretfully only be used one time and cannot be refunded once used. If you purchase merchandise with your loyalty card points and return the merchandise, your loyalty card points will not be refunded.

Gift Card (if applicable)

If the item was purchased using a Coastal Hemp gift card and shipped directly to you, your gift card will be credited for the value of your gift card purchase.
